Have you ever played Pooh Sticks? (from Winnie the Pooh)
Where you and a friend drop a stick into a creek and then see which stick travels the fastest. We tried it yesterday. Our first attempt didn't work... but the pictures are fun. :)

Then they threw them in the creek behind our house
Then we ran pell-mell down the street to see which one made it down and around the curve first.
And here they are waiting for the sticks to arrive.
Unfortunately, all the sticks were too big and got caught on rocks along the way. Oh well! We will try it again soon. :)
This post brings back memories from childhood of racing sticks or other floaty things down the street curbside after a rain; then we would race down to the corner to catch them before they went down the sewer drain! Not as much fun as having a creek nearby....but nevertheless....😀. PTL for a creek.....it has proved to be such good distraction/entertainment for your kiddos daily! Missing you all more than you know this EASTER wkend! ❤️gg
